TSS4U B.V. (hereinafter: TSS4U) has extensive worldwide experience with the design and supply of reliable and high-quality solar-energy solutions. When we perform our work we process personal data, such as names, e-mail addresses and telephone numbers, yours possibly included. We obtain personal data when you, for example, request a quotation or send a letter or e-mail, or when you call us. Obviously it is important to TSS4U that your data is handled with care. In this privacy and cookie statement we explain to you how we do this. We recommend that you read this statement carefully.

Which data do we collect and for which purpose do we use this data?

TSS4U uses your personal data in particular for the following purposes:

  • to conclude contracts with customers and partners and to provide services and/or products

TSS4U has taken the required contractual and organisations measures to assure that your data is only used for the aforementioned purposed by the third party.

TSS4U is obliged, conform the applicable law, to provide personal data to third parties in some cases. For example the provision of data to competent authorities in the context of a criminal investigation. In other cases than mentioned above, we will always first ask your permission.

As you can expect from us the security of your personal data receives a lot of attention from TSS4U. Your data that is stored with us, is therefore protected by us with technical and organisational measures in order to prevent loss of misuse by third parties. Our employees who process this personal data are obliged to confidentiality of your data. Technical security measures to protect your data are regularly checked and adjusted if necessary to the latest state of technology.
